Asha Gervan

Asha Gervan brings a wealth of senior leadership, strategic planning, and project management expertise to clients ranging from non-profits in challenging humanitarian contexts to post-secondary institutions in Canada.
Recognized for her ability to lead organizational transformation, manage risk, and foster equity and inclusion, Asha places an emphasis on driving positive change and sustainable outcomes in health, education, and child protection.
Over the course of her career, she has held senior leadership roles with globally recognized organizations such as Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF), War Child Canada, and Humber College—just to name a few!
Asha led War Child Canada’s COVID-19 radio-based education response, a large-scale communications initiative that reached more than 1 million children in the DRC and doubled the impact of programming in the country.
